This internship has given me a great insight into working life. It has taught me skills that are essential for studying and working in a professional environment. I had a rotation that taught me the importance of flexibility, communication, resilience, and how to help solve problems. Working with different nationalities in the team has brought more understanding and respect for cultural differences in me and also encouraged me to learn and strengthen a second or third language.

In general, this internship was a great experience for me. My studies of ”Cruise Tourism Management” and the practical skills I learned at Columbus Cruise Center are a good preparation for my future professional life. I am grateful for this opportunity and to be part of such a great team. I am really glad to have had this experience and would not want to miss it.
